Buy Back Offer
The buyer of the car is eligible for our “Buy Back Offer” return program, applicable within the first 30 days or 3500 miles, whichever comes first.
The program covers the following conditions:
- The car has been used for a maximum of 30 days or driven up to 3500 miles.
- No excessive or unprofessional repairs have been made.
- There are no signs of abnormal usage.
- The car has not sustained any damage that was not pre-existing.
- Vandalism, sabotage, and theft are not covered.
Upon purchasing our Buy-Back Guarantee, the buyer agrees to the following terms and conditions:
- The buyer must initiate the buy-back request via email no later than the 30th calendar day after the online purchase date (purchase date being 0).
- The car must be paid for and located on the buyer’s property at the time of initiating the buy-back request.
- The buyer must not have transferred or sold the vehicle to a third party or entity after the online purchase date.
- Confirmation of the vehicle’s eligibility for buy-back will take approximately 30 days. An inspection will be conducted and reviewed by the program administrator to validate the car’s condition against the details provided at the time of online purchase.
Eligibility conditions for the buy-back include:
- The vehicle’s condition must match or exceed the condition indicated on the Equipment Details Page at the time of purchase.
- The car must meet the inspection criteria outlined in Goins Auto Sales Terms & Conditions at the time of the buy-back request.
- The Buy-Back Guarantee cannot be added or removed post-purchase.
- Upon confirmation of the buy-back, the buyer will receive notification, and a refund will be processed within 24 to 48 hours after Goins Auto Sales receives the transferable title from the buyer.
- The repurchased car will remain on the buyer’s property until it is picked up by one of our carriers (approximately 7 days after the buyer receives the refund). During this time, the buyer must support the remarketing process as necessary, including providing inspection access, photographs, and facilitating vehicle pickup.
- The buyer must store the vehicle safely with commercially reasonable care, adhering to industry standards. The buyer is liable for any damage or loss of the car after it has been repurchased until it is picked up from their property.
- Goins Auto Sales reserves the right to limit the number of items for which any buyer may purchase the buy-back policy.
